Load Engines

The Load Engine software may be installed on separate machines that will be distributing user load during a load test. Load engines are coordinated through any recent installation of Web Performance Suite.

Instant Load Engine

This version of our Load Engine performs the same task as the Load Engines described above, but does not need to be installed on the computer. The ISO file can be used to create a bootable CD-ROM that runs the Load Engine without any affect on the installed OS. Just insert the disc, ensure the BIOS is set to boot from
CD, and power on the machine.
