Our software comes with basic support and maintenance included. We recommend our customers purchase a premium maintenance and support package. A detailed comparison of our support packages is available to help you decide.
Please note that there is no price difference between renewing a pre-existing support contract and purchasing a new premium support contract.
All premium support contracts are valid for one year. If you have a license with lapsed support, you must first purchase a version upgrade. Please contact us for more details.
