Maintenance and Support
Included with our software is a Basic Maintenance and Support Package. You also have the option of upgrading to a Premium Maintenance and Support Package. See the table below for a description of the differences.
New versions of Web Performance Load Tester™ are released approximately twice a year. The price of upgrading to each new version over the period of a year is twice the price of a Premium Maintenance and Support Contract over the same time period. And not only do you receive the upgrades, but it includes priority phone and email support as well.

Release Support Period
There are two elements to supporting a release: email and support services for answering customers' questions, and bug fixes and patches. The support team is always happy to field customers' questions about all of our releases.
The current release is always supported by fresh patches released as needed, usually about once a month. Once a new version is released patches cease to be released on previous versions. Customers who wish to always have the latest versions are urged to purchase a support plan.
